How to Use a USFans Spreadsheet

A practical buying sequence from product discovery to warehouse inspection and international parcel planning.

FACT CHECK / 2026

The official workflow, separated into decisions

These are service facts, not quality promises. Seller performance, route availability and destination rules still have to be checked for each order.

Source marketplacesTaobao · 1688 · Weidian

USFans presents itself as a purchasing agent for links from these marketplaces; the marketplace seller remains the product supplier.

Purchase handling09:00–18:00 UTC+8

Live product pages state that purchases are handled after payment during this working window. It is not a guaranteed seller dispatch time.

Warehouse evidence3–7 HD QC photos

Product pages advertise three to seven free inspection photos. They document visible condition, not authenticity, internal parts or future durability.

Return actionApply within 5 days

A current product notice says buyers dissatisfied after warehouse arrival can apply within five days. Seller acceptance, exclusions and return freight can still matter.

Free storage90 days

The official beginner guide states a 90-day free storage period, making consolidation possible without implying that every consolidation is cheaper.

Chargeable weightHigher of actual or volume

The estimator uses length × width × height in centimetres ÷ 6000 for volumetric weight, then compares it with actual weight.

01

Discover

Start from a named product, not an anonymous thumbnail. Compare at least two candidates.

It is an independent directory of product links organized by category. It helps discovery, but every price, variant and seller detail still needs to be checked on the current listing.

02

Verify

Check variants, measurements, seller notes and the original listing before payment.

No. They are approximate item-price conversions only. Domestic shipping, agent service charges, international freight, insurance and customs can change the total.

03

Inspect

Review warehouse photos for shape, seams, labels, hardware and visible damage.

No. Use listing images for research and warehouse QC photos for the exact item received. Request measurements or extra photos when a critical detail is unclear.

04

Ship

Compare actual and volumetric weight, packaging choices and route restrictions.

Routes commonly compare actual weight with volumetric weight. The official estimator currently explains volumetric weight as length × width × height in centimeters ÷ 6000; route rules can vary.

01

Before payment

Paste or open the source route, then confirm seller, color, size, quantity, seller notes and domestic shipping. Compare physical measurements with an item you own. Product-page wording can change, so take a dated record of decision-critical details. Do not treat the first displayed freight number as the full international delivery cost.

02

At the warehouse

Match the received unit to the ordered variant before inspecting small details. Use the included QC photos to check overall shape, symmetry, construction, labels, visible damage and measurements. When a decision-critical area is missing, request a precise additional view. If you plan to return an item, act promptly because a current USFans notice describes a five-day application window after warehouse arrival.

03

Before parcel submission

Use the 90-day storage period deliberately, not automatically. Rehearse the final parcel: actual weight, likely packed dimensions, box removal, reinforcement, restricted-item status and destination rules. Compare routes only after these assumptions are aligned. Save the final quote, selected services and package data so later adjustments can be explained.
