01

Identify the exact shoe option

Start a USFans shoe shortlist with the listing, color, version and selected size. A familiar product name is not enough: similar photographs can represent different options. Decide whether your priority is everyday use, a wider toe area or a shape you already find comfortable. Keep three or four candidates and save the listing date. These examples identify catalog entries; we have not worn, authenticated or durability-tested the products.

02

Compare the saved catalog examples

The references below include Air Max TN, Travis Scott-style Jordan, Jordan 4 and New Balance 550 listings. Compare the information offered by each page rather than treating them as interchangeable shoes or a tested ranking. Their displayed USD amounts are saved estimates using 6.72 CNY per USD. Reopen the linked listing to check the current variant and total. The linked catalog shop is separate from USFans; confirm the actual seller and service before payment.

03

Read the seller’s size chart

Use the chart attached to the exact option. Check whether centimetres describe foot length, insole length or another dimension. An EU, UK or US label alone cannot establish fit across sellers and versions. Compare measurements using the same method and avoid an automatic size-up rule. If the necessary measurement is missing, ask for clarification. A familiar label should not replace missing evidence.

04

Request useful warehouse views

USFans describes inspection and photography after warehouse receipt. For shoes, useful views include the pair together, heels, sides, toe areas, soles and readable size labels. Request an additional view only when it could change your decision. State the exact question, such as whether a mark remains visible under clearer lighting. Public QC photographs of another buyer’s pair cannot verify the unit in your order.

05

Inspect identity before small details

Match the received color and size to the order, then compare both shoes at equivalent angles. Check visible seams, sole attachment, lining and accessories. Separate a possible shadow or reflection from a confirmed mark. An outsole measurement does not substitute for an insole measurement. Photos cannot prove comfort, cushioning performance, adhesive strength, long-term durability or genuine manufacture; record those limits instead of claiming certainty.

06

Calculate more than the item price

Add domestic delivery, optional services and international freight to the selected variant price. A bulky shoe box can affect chargeable weight. Removing packaging may reduce volume while reducing protection, so make that trade-off consciously. Use the actual route’s current rules and the packed parcel dimensions when available. A catalog USD amount is neither a checkout quote nor a complete delivered cost.

07

Keep a decision record

Use one row per exact option: listing, color, size, chart convention, price-check date, missing view and decision. Mark it ready, awaiting clarification or unsuitable. For example, if a heel concern appears only in an angled photo, request a comparable straight view before rejecting the pair. Do not turn a numerical score into a quality guarantee when its inputs are uncertain.

08

Check again before international dispatch

Confirm that both shoes, expected accessories and intended packaging are accounted for. Resolve a visible mismatch while the item remains at the warehouse and check the applicable return conditions promptly. Keep the original order record and photos. Once the parcel enters international transport, a warehouse-level correction becomes harder; completing this check is more useful than endlessly collecting unrelated QC pictures.
